We’ve been known to send artwork back to a digitizer before embroidering it - multiple times. Just ask us about our own hats. The original was 7,100 stitches. We thought, “We should make it 8,000 and have it look better!” Eleven revisions later, we had a hat we loved - and you will too. (Look for one in your next order. Minimum order required.)
Pre-production proofs are real and we make it a part of the process. We're gonna make one before we make 1,000. We're pretty sure someone in a factory has our picture on the wall with a few dart holes in it. Perfection is key here.

We love details. Creating a custom shirt? Want us to sew a custom label in it as well? Just say the word. Want to go the extra mile? We can print and attach durable thick hang tags with custom colored string, wrap your shirt in premium branded tissue paper complete with seal, and package it to look like it was delivered from Fifth Avenue. Concerned about use? Let's make the back side of that paper hang tag a place for contact info and now it lives on as a luggage tag. Thought goes into everything.

From sourcing goods to mock-ups to pre-production proofs to walking imported projects through customs to tracking packages from the moment they are loaded on the truck through each transfer point, until they reach your receiving room, we make sure every order is treated as if it is the only one.
