These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Filthy Supply Co. website and services. By placing an order, requesting a quote, or otherwise engaging with Filthy Supply Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms.
All quotes are valid for a limited time and are subject to change due to availability, supplier pricing, tariffs, or production constraints. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received and written approval is provided where required.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork proofs, layouts, quantities, colors, sizes, spelling, and placement prior to production. Once approval is given, Filthy Supply Co. is not responsible for errors, omissions, or changes requested after approval.
Changes requested after approval may result in additional costs and production delays.
Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including supplier delays, material shortages, carrier disruptions, weather events, or acts of God.
Express or rush shipping options reduce transit time only and do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Filthy Supply Co. is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or third-party fulfillment partners.
Due to the custom nature of promotional products, all sales are final and refunds are not offered.
If an order contains a manufacturing or production error that is determined to be the direct fault of Filthy Supply Co. or our suppliers, we will, at our discretion, remake or replace the affected items. Claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after delivery and may require photographic documentation.
Variations in color, placement, sizing, or imprint resulting from industry-standard production processes are not considered defects.
Filthy Supply Co.’s liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected portion of the order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, missed events, or business interruptions.
Filthy Supply Co. is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers, customs delays, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Customers represent that they have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, trademarks, or content provided for production and agree to indemnify Filthy Supply Co. against any claims arising from unauthorized use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
